Depression treatment in Pennsylvania
If mood, energy, or interest in ordinary things has been flat or heavy for a while, you don't need depression already named before you book. Sorting that out is part of what a first visit is for.
Care is by secure video for Pennsylvania residents, usually within days.
How it can show up.
Low mood, irritability, or a sense that nothing is worth starting. Sleep that is too much or not enough. Appetite changes. It taking far more effort to do things that used to be automatic.
Some people are still going to work or taking care of family and look fine from the outside. That does not rule anything out.
When it has lasted.
A hard week is not the same as weeks of this. Recurring episodes, or a prior diagnosis that needs medication management continued in Pennsylvania, are both reasons people book.
A visit.
Depression can overlap with anxiety, ADHD, bipolar spectrum conditions, and sleep problems. A visit is where that gets sorted out — whether depression is present, whether something else fits better, or whether more than one condition is contributing.
When you ask, notes go to your PCP and therapist.
Anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar spectrum conditions are treated here too — see everything we treat.

Do I need an existing depression diagnosis to book?
No. People book both for a first evaluation and to continue medication management after prior care. Whether depression is diagnosed, and what treatment is appropriate, is decided in a visit — not by this page.
